2.1 Architectural Analysis: Sourced data is processed exclusively to analyze system bottlenecks, calculate technical debt, and formulate customized Operational Blueprints for your enterprise.
2.2 Zero-Monetization Core: KIBR Systems operates a strict zero-distribution architecture. We do not sell, lease, trade, or share your personal or enterprise operational data with external marketing networks or data brokers.
3.3 Service Communications: Email addresses are used solely to transmit diagnostic results, schedule calendar integrations, or deliver critical infrastructure updates regarding your engagement.

3.1 Infrastructure Routing: To execute automated workflows, securely manage lead databases, and process intake pipelines, KIBR Systems routes data through verified third-party cloud sub-processors.
3.2 Verified Partners: These sub-processors are restricted to enterprise-grade systems critical to our architecture, specifically Wix (hosting and data storage), HubSpot (secure CRM pipeline), and Make.com (automation webhook routing). Data is encrypted in transit during all routing sequences.

4.1 Functional Telemetry: This platform utilizes essential data tokens (cookies) to maintain session stability, secure forms against cross-site scripting vulnerabilities, and map user routing.
4.2 Optimization: We use baseline analytical telemetry to track site traffic performance. Users can configure their local browser environments to block these data tokens without degrading the structural text layouts of this archive.

5.1 Retention Lifecycle: Active client database records are maintained only as long as necessary to fulfill diagnostic evaluations or active project Statement of Work (SOW) cycles.
5.2 The Purge Protocol: You retain full authority over your data profile. At any point, you may issue a command via email to trigger a manual purge sequence, completely deleting your personal and enterprise data from our active CRM databases.
